Lauren Mayfield
Lauren Mayfield was born and raised in East Bernard, where she developed a strong connection to her community through years of active involvement. A proud 2016 graduate of Texas A&M University, she earned her degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development before joining her family’s agricultural business. Over the next decade, Lauren managed human relations and played a key role in day-to-day operations—gaining extensive experience in business management, leadership, communication, and developing strong business acumen that continues to serve her today.
Today, Lauren brings that knowledge and passion into a new chapter with Boettcher Hlavinka Company, where she blends her business expertise with a creative eye. As Business Relations Lead and a vital part of the design support team, she helps manage internal operations while contributing to the selection of interior finishes and the creation of beautiful, functional spaces. Her transition into construction and design was driven by a long-standing passion for interiors—and the opportunity to work alongside her husband, Josh Mayfield.
Outside of work, Lauren is a dedicated mom to two young boys. She remains deeply rooted in her community—actively serving her church, volunteering with the Wharton County Youth Fair, and serving on the Wharton County A&M Club board. With every project and partnership, Lauren brings heart, purpose, and a desire to reflect her faith in Jesus Christ – both professionally and personally.
