Josh Mayfield

Josh Mayfield has dedicated his life to the construction industry, beginning his journey in the family business during childhood. Growing up immersed in commercial construction, he developed a strong foundation and passion for the field. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University, Josh began his career as a job site superintendent for a commercial general contractor. It was there that he discovered his love for the fast-paced environment of construction and the thrill of high-level problem solving.

​Transitioning into the residential sector allowed Josh to truly fulfill his passion—transforming dreams into tangible realities. He thrives on the creative process of taking visions from paper and building spaces that people cherish. With a strong emphasis on communication and exceeding expectations, Josh has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

 Behind his professional achievements stands a robust support system. Josh credits his faith in God and the unwavering support of his wife, Lauren, and their two sons, Asher and Lincoln, as the driving forces behind all he does. Everything he accomplishes is for his family, and they inspire him to continue pushing boundaries in the construction industry.
